She has three children, Michael 18, Kelly 11, James 7 and a rowdy dog named Rocket.
When asked about her philosophy of learning, Anna replied, "During my years as a National SIA CSOP trainer, I have thoroughly enjoyed learning and interacting with other managers. I believe that central station operators, alarm companies, law enforcement agencies and our customers have all benefited from central station training and increased professionalism. In my opinion, the key to a successful operation is the ability to balance positive and supportive leadership while taking advantage of the advances in technology. This is an exciting time to be a part of a central station team".
Victoria McCormick Lloyd
Victoria McCormick Lloyd joined the alarm industry in the early 80's. She has worked in proprietary, contract and wholesale central stations with management experience in each. Her work in small to mid sized companies afforded her hands on experience with all aspects of monitoring. Starting as a data entry clerk, her knack for the technical and the lure of the equipment soon accelerated her career to trouble shooting, programming, problem solving and management. She has experience with multiple automation packages and has done beta testing of receivers and automation upgrades.
Victoria's focus has been in training. Mentoring comes naturally, and Victoria believes coaching, and continuing education are the primary tools in her tool box. Happy to share anything she knows, she is equally please to learn something new, "it's what makes being a National SIA CSOP trainer both exciting and rewarding". Victoria believes that true job security comes when you don't hold anything back; you teach them everything you know, anyway you can.
Victoria is also a certified private security services instructor for the Virginia Department of Criminal Justices Service through the Certified Training Academy. She lives by the bay in Maryland with her husband and three dogs. She has six grown children and two grandchildren.
